I'll be surprised if home LENR does not eventually use high pressure
electrolysis cells to make hydrogen - it is a much safer (and possibly
cheaper) solution than having someone come around to swap out a large
cylinder of high pressure hydrogen every 6 months, and would minimise the
danger.  However Rossi/Defkalion will probably still use hydrogen gas
bottles for initial production because it is simple.
