                The information used in my post came from this series of
videos showing some Mills powder experiments.
                Should I believe you or my eyes.

                You should read the complete literature, first - and not
assume that any one video represents Mills' life's work. No one said that
there were no BLP powder experiments, only that the effect does not require
powder. In fact, most BLP papers are not dependent on powder. You stated
that the effect required powder because you did not read the literature and
are ignorant of most of his work.
                But then again, anyone who would invest in the Papp scam
will believe almost anything, so why bother with facts?
