This is just his internal measuring stick. Basically if he were buying a contract at Intrade, he'd be willing to pay $4.30 to bet for "Rossi being real", which is a bullshit metric to begin with. So it's a guy who isn't being real talking about some other guy who might be real. Bullshit upon bullshit, from the first day he started posting on Vortex. But at least he is not a skeptopath.
