That's right. I think our weather contains decaying strings of vacuum in the jetstreams attached to our earth d-brane, which "inflate" into supercells (closed strings) of decaying vacuum which ionize and condense everything and produce water vapor and precipitation. The vacuum streams to Earth in the Solar wind.
The vacuum bends the doppler radar's EMF and interacts with it. Branes bring rain. Brane drops keep falling on my head Hurribranes and branespouts kinda thing :) We are LENR brane decay from the stormy Dirac sea.
