..that he had to do the ash extraction himself, why would have leave it in the hands of the third party for so long? What keeps them from simply cutting it apart and figuring out what's inside themselves?
If he felt he could trust them not to do that, why not trust them with instructions on how to cut it and extract the ash? What rational reason was there that he had to be the one doing it?
