yes, CManager loads only files which belong to the user who created them.

if you don't use genesis, just delete genesis.library and it will use only
one database file with no username set.
Otherwise ask Olli/Zapek to add a tooltype/config item to V to choose the
username/password to use for bookmarks.

they run under an OS which has a partial multiuser support, CM had to
implement its own stuff.
