I have just searched the Aminet site at ftp.uni-paderborn.de. These files are PD 
utilities for use with PFS/SFS. Not all are for use by PFS3 tho some are for SFS and 
PFS2. You will still need to have one of the commercial versions of PFS or the 
shareware SFS installed to make use of them.
