Actually its called "Fly Fishing the Olympic Pennisula" by Doug Rose 
published in 1997.

But humm, a 1910 or 20 book, now that would be a interesting read. I remeber 
fondly of a book that talked about catching "devil fish" (octopus) in Puget 
Sound in the 40's.  but I read it on the other coast back in the 60's and 
early 70's.

It really facinated me when I was a little kid.
