Hi Guys & Ladies I have just come across a problem which I can't resolve as of yet!!!
I have 4 macs, 2 running office 2004 and 2 office 2008 all on 10.4.11, one other mac there is fine! Last Friday word stopped launching on then all! all the other office components still work fine! They have told me nothing had changed on their systems no updates and no font changes. I have deleted all the prefs and anything to do with Word I can find but with no joy. I have done a uninstall of office and installed 2008 on 2 of them again word will not start. Logged in as admin and the same thing happens. Deleted all the cashes, deactivated all fonts except those required by office, made sure nothing else is running! repaired permissions and any thing else I could think off. Does anyone have any other ideas please?? These Macs are in Kalgoorlie so a little hard to trouble shoot.
