Hi Daniel, thanks. I turned the Netgear and Time Capsule off and on
and also restarted the laptops, no good.
I will have to try setting it up again. Do you suggest I 'Create
Network' ?

back on
again and it will correct itself.

it then should show your time capsule & the other macbook (or maybe
just the netgear modem)
maybe you have an invisible character in the ssid, also spaces are
not allowed..... is the wep or wpa security code correct?
