We did that. No one has anyone blocked. My history is also a possible factor. I got a Samsung Galaxy last year and found it nec. to enter quite a few numbers into the "blocked" category. However, the SMS originating was not among them.
I changed phones and that showed NO blocked numbers, even though the Samsung had quite a few. I have pusued it with Telstra but no luck.
