Bill I imagine those blockages are set on the phone, not with Telstra.
With the testing we have done off list this morning, it seems your phone is working as expected. You can send and receive SMS and receive MMS. And if you've not got any blocked number, then I suspect the problem is in how your number has been entered, or perhaps a database glitch, at the senders end.
