b) I can appreciate the difficulty of OT, but at the same time, it's
kinda critical for my own project so it would be a real shame to lose
it.
How was googles "draft mode" going to work? Because couldn't a non-
realtime WFP compatible client be made by buffering the data and
updating in one go? Would that not be easier for clients where it
would be too hard or unnecessary to rebuild around OT internaly.

c) Theres much discussion on Google Wave itself on various waves
("Wave Consortium", "Save Wave" etc). Has theres been any forum/other
area set up these discussions could be moved too? I feel however we
move forward we need a "place" for the community of interested
party's, and I'm not sure this group will be enough, especially for in-
depth code discussions.
