As far as Novell's concerned, we're moving ahead... I think that our marketing
department may be
releasing dates in the near future.

It's also important to understand that Novell Pulse is not a Wave offering - we
had been in R&D for
around 18 months as a next generation collaboration platform before Google
announced Wave - it just
so happened that a lot of the features were similar. Our goal with Pulse was
to provide our
enterprise collaboration offering as well as supporting APIs being released by
the Wave team, for
the betterment of the collaboration ecosystem. And I think these goals still
hold true.

It's a shame that the Wave project has taken this turn, and everyone on Novell
Pulse sends their
best wishes out to our friends at Google - we know how much they've dedicated
their hearts and souls
and many sleepless nights to make the best technology they can, and this is not
the way anyone wants
a project to end.
