Apologies for this not being a strictly web-related topic.
I am seeking feedback from anyone who has ever used SoftWindows on a Mac to
run their Wind95 applications. I am considering purchasing one of the new
G3 Macs but cannot afford to buy all new software. What are the plusses and
minuses of using SoftWindows? (I have visited their Web site at
http://www.softwindows.com/ and yeah, the latest 5.0 version sounds like a
terrific product. Interested in the reality, not the hype.)
To try and work in a web-related angle here <G>, just imagine: if
SoftWindows works as advertised, on one machine I could test web pages on
both Mac and Win browsers...
And has anyone on this list bought a G3?
