Older versions of WebTrends do not show keywords stats in the reports, so
his question isn't completely ludicrous. WebTrends also allows you to define
the reports. It's possible that the other webmasters he talked to did not
turn on that option (if it's in their version).

There are many clues to have, many more than I've got, that's for sure. As a
consultant it's my job to identify the limitations of the other person's
knowledge, correct them when they're wrong, don't pretend I know something
when I don't, learn from my client as much as I can, keep good ideas
flowing, shoot down bad ones, and implement/build the product. Tough
balance. Nonetheless, I'm at a learning stage, as is the other guy. We might
just be at different stages, right?
