I've dinked around with all these settings, both in NS and IE several
times. I've cleared the cache within NS and IE preferences. I've searched
for all folders containing files named "cache," dumped the contents into
the trash, and emptied the trash. I've told NS to compare to the page in
the network every time. I've told NS's proxy preference to make a direct
connection to the Internet. I've reinstalled IE, cleared the cache, told it
not to accept proxies, and still can't access the page.
This is making me a little crazy...
