A someone who has come from a non-techie, non-linux, non-unix background
and learnt to use vi from, I have to to disagree that vi is the worst
editor.
In fact, I think it's really quite elegant and one can use a few
keystrokes to do really complex tasks.
Secondly, surely this emotive discussion on the choice of a text editor is
fairly pointless (I say that at the risk of being hit by a bolt of
lightening, I know.)
No onto a more technical question, is there a way of putting vertical
lines within a table??
