One of the easier methods is to create a gif of the solid colour that
you want, insert it into a table column created for the line, then scale
the gif to the size you want by using your height and width attributes.
As a note of caution, it is wise to create your gif about 40 pixels
square to avoid a rare problem with colour shifting that occurs on some
browser/OS combinations. It can be scaled to any size you want.
