Hmm... I'm with Brett on this one.  My experience with the browser 
component of Netscape has been entirely positive, through several 
machines and many versions of the software.  But I admit I don't use the 
other components much, except for the e-mail client occasionally.

In any case, Netscape simply never crashes on me, unless my system 
(Win95) is already unstable because of boorish behaviour on the part of 
other apps concurrently open.  Especially, as Brett notes, HomeSite 3.  
Also PSP 4.  (PSP 5 seems to do much better in this regard.)

But I have never had a GPF-type crash in the past three years that I can 
directly blame on Netscape the browser, on its own.  It's my suspicion 
that if a user has repeated crashes using NS/Win95, the problem is more 
likely with the system itself than the browser.
