Thanks to everyone who weighed in on the "transferring long file names from
PC to Mac" issue - that got quite a response! I was aware that Win95 long
names are only 'pseudo' long  ;-)

It seems that this was a pre Mac OS v8.1 issue and that it has now been
resolved. That's a relief!
