You didn't mention the expected size of the mailing list. Actually,
you probably do want a mailing list. Most mailing list have the
provision for determining who can post. If you say only moderator can
post, you have a one way list. I frequently include a "Newsletter" as
part of a proposal. It's a one-way list. You want to see a marketing
pesons eyes light up talk about a mailing to prospects and customers
with no postage cose.
If you don't have access to list, programming something list this
is fairly easy. I have a simple Perl one you can have for free. Contact
me off the list.
