I would give them textpad and show them the basics. Show the value
in creating your own templates and how much you can do with just a
few <p>'s and <br>'s.
But, I would really wonder about a company that wants to teach this
to top executives.
Data should be unemcumbered with markup. Data should reside in
databases and be processed through templates. The user chooses
whether he wants to see the data in an html format, or ms word, a
plain ascii or whatever.
