After reading several thoughtful responses today, I believe that if I were
in your shoes, my next step would be to find out exactly what the two
executives' goals for the workshop are -- by going to the source and asking
them directly what they want to learn about.
You could easily talk about when to use gifs vs. when to use jpegs for two
hours, when what they really want to know is how to set up for ecommerce.
Or you could talk managerial overview for two hours when what they really
want to know is how to put their own kids photos online for the
grandparents to view. I'd find out more....
