First you decide what the topic area is, then you either poll your
audience, or hit a service that tells you what they are asking the search
engines about that topical area.
Why?
1. It is what they want to known
2. Since they find you in the search engines, you need to know HOW
they are looking for that topic -- what words they use.
3. Not all are interested in the same thing, so you will want to see
what variations there are in the questions. (So you can build pages
specific to keyword pairs, and thus gain good position on the web pages
for those questions.)
