Part 1: Content Planning
      or, First you decide what you need to communicate, THEN you start
building the site

Part 2:  Design
     or, How to make it easy for people to find what THEY want from your site
while also being attractive enough to make their stay pleasant.

Part 3: Coding
     or, No, you don't just open FrontPage <g>, there are tags that really
control stuff.  And determining fonts font sizes and line breaks are
completely different than in printed material, because people can set their
own preferences on their end...

Part 4: Publicity
     or, if you design and code it, they may or may not come

Sorry to be so tongue-in-cheek (and hard to talk this way), but I find that
the basics are crucial.  I get the questions all the time from top execs -
"Can we do that thing where it changes color and music comes out and things
dance all around the screen" and I'm constantly saying "yes. But WHY do you
want to?"
