See my previous posting on this thread.  As I stated then, we
successfully transferred domain name ownership for a client
as well as Administrative Contact AND Technical Contact
and relocated the domain within a week with NO response from
the AC or TC.  If the domain name matches the company's name,
it shouldn't be a problem.
