Gordon, that's impressive <G>, but...

I've lived in Canada (my spouse is Canadian) and Singapore, and have
clients in Asia and around the USA. I don't think that difficulty "thinking
global" is an American characteristic. It affects many people around the
world. It's just hard to move away from a local mindset to a global one.
