(Mr. Eades pontificated:)

I have not come across an acceptable substitute for "web surfing", to
describe the act of using the Web. "Browsing" sounds so casual.
When writing web site proposals and describing those who will use the site,
I say "Site visitors" but that is not the act of doing it. I just got tired
of "web surfers"; it's a by now old term (old in Net years :)
Suggestions for an equivalent to "web surfing"?
