OK,
I didn't add anything at all. These labels were displayed in the web
page, "Hig Low" part. I added them in the conf.fr to see if it was going
to work and won!
They are only found in the 'hilo.inc' file. For instance :
Line 112: <td class="label">$obs.label.*wind_max*</td>
It's up to you to tell me what it corresponds to 😉

3. Not sure what you mean by "the max/min part." Do you mean the left
hand side of your webpage, under "Max / Min"? If so, that is
controlled by hilo.inc, not statistics.inc.
As explained earlier, the entries in the locale files are keys that
are used by gettext(). You added keys for "wind_avg", "wind_max",
"wind_rms", "vecavg" and "vecdir". What I am asking is where are these
keys used? It must be something like $gettext("windavg"), or
$gettext("wind_max"), etc., but there is nothing like that in the
Seasons skin. Is this something you added?

Hello,
For .2, I confirm that the titles should not capitalize. I
reviewed them all.
For .3, I confirm that these labels are well used in the max/min
part.I did not understand your explanations, but I attach the
statistics files
For the .4, it was not I who had written this text. But the page
displays well "About this weather station"
OK for .5 and .6 The fact remains that Server and WeeWX Uptime are
not translated. I searched in Skin and I see in
'about.inc.dpkg-dist' of the '$gettext("Server uptime")' and
'$gettext("WeeWX uptime")' but not in 'about.inc'. So there is no
translation ...
So, I renamed the files in such a 'about.inc.dpkg-dist' becomes
'about.inc'. And apart from the 'Skin unknown unknown', it works!
Is it a bug?
Good things for you and thank you again for this very big job

2. Let's leave them captialized then. This way, it's a consistent
pattern.
3. Sorry. Perhaps I was not clear. Yes, I see a label such as
"Direction vectorielle du vent", but the tags "wind_avg",
"wind_max", "wind_rms", "vecavg" and "vecdir" do not appear
anywhere in the templates. I do not know how that label got
there. Could you please show me where these tags appear in the
templates? Or, did you add them?

2. No, not really. This can be capitalized or not, it is a
choice of the publisher.
3. See yourself at this address in the left part Max/min:

2. Not really a meteorological convention, more of a
language convention. In English, it is common for all words
to be capitalized in titles. Is it in French?
3. I don't think these tags are used in a gettext() context.
At least, a grep of all the *.inc and *.tmpl files does not
show any. Perhaps you could show me where?
4,5,6: The translations are /only/ used by gettext() and
pgettext(). If the English label does not appear in a
gettext() or pgettext(), then the translation will never be
used. It's also important to note that the English label is
used as the lookup key. That's why it's important to get it
exactly right. For example, you have to use "About this
station", not "About this weather station", otherwise
gettext() cannot find it.

0K for point 1, it is a typo.
For .2, I cannot say if the capitalization is also in
French. Personally, it bothers me, but it can be
restored. We should see what French -speaking
metereologists think.
For the .3, I did not understand what you mean, but I
found that these tags (labels) were well used in the
max/min part. I invite you to check.
For the other points, I admit that I did not check
everything. But these tags (labels) are not translated
automatically.

That copy is good. A few comments:
1. I assume it should be "Taux d'altimètre", not "Ttaux
d'altimètre".
2. Generally, all words in the observation labels under
[[Generic]] are capitalized. You changed all following
words to be in lower-case (for example, "Indice de
Chaleur" became "Indice de chaleur"). Is capitalization
in titles just not done in French?
3. Labels "wind_avg", "wind_max", "wind_rms", "vecavg"
and "vecdir" or not types, so I removed them under
[[Generics]].
4. The lookup text must be "About this station", not
"About this weather station". Otherwise, gettext()
cannot find it. I changed it back.
5. The label "uptime" is not used in the Seasons skins.
It's either "WeeWX uptime" or "Server uptime". I
removed it.
6. Same with the label "Right". I removed it.

Unfortunately, except for the line separators,
your file is identical to the one that comes with
WeeWX.
