use StdCalibrate to adjust solar radiation.  as i said before, the 
conversion from lux to W/m^2 is an approximation.  if you want the weewx 
output to match that of the console, you will have to figure out what 
algorithm the console firmware uses, then put that into StdCalibrate.

regarding pressure, are you comparing apples to apples?  is the console 
reporting gauge pressure or sea level pressure?  what is the station 
altitude?

'rain Rate is now 0' is not helpful.  is it always 0?  what *should* it be? 
 is there always a discrepancy, or just for certain values of rain?  are 
you using software or hardware for rain rate?  what is the raw output from 
the station when rain rate in weewx is not the same as rain rate on the 
console?
