The
event log monitor uses the UserID of the system the application is running on
(Or the UserID assigned to the service).
This
UserID must have sufficient privileges to look at the event log. (This works just
like using the computer management, and connecting to another
computer.)
There
is no client, IP address, etc that needs to be
changed/removed.
The
one caveat is that the if the WUG system is in a different domain, trusts will
need to be established. Currently there is no "connect as" option.
(But hopefully Ipswitch is working on that, right ;)
