Hello,
Ipswitch is currently sending out many, many emails to all customers and
prospects regarding the new release. This process is a bit staggered in
order to ensure that the user experience in downloading the new version is
optimal.
So, if
you are an active service agreement holder and you have not yet received an
email, you can call our customer service department if you would like access to
the product immediately.
Or, if
you are a customer without a service agreement, and would like to upgrade to
WhatsUp Professional, you can call us or a local reseller to purchase the
upgrade.
Also,
be sure if you bought a service agreement you have activated it as well -
otherwise we may not be able to recognize you as an active
customer.
Thanks,
Kelly
