Just a FYI, we have an active service agreement but I
haven't received anything in email about the upgrade. Hopefully I'm just the

Are
you an active WhatsUp Gold service agreement holder? If so, you should
have received a notice that stated:
"...You are entitled to a free upgrade to WhatsUp Professional,
which you can download from the Ipswitch Download Center: http://visit.ipswitch.com/DLPro2005 To
log-in, use your new Ipswitch WhatsUp Professional 2005 serial number, which is {serial_number}, and your e-mail address, {Email}." If you
did not receive this notice, then let me know what you
received.
You
can contact our Customer Service at 781-676-5700.
