I think I agree with Ciz. If the admins (eg, Brian and I on New Zealand) have not spent a moment choosing anything, then someone who leaves the "See custom skin" box checked (after you guys set it it like that without telling most people anything was changing) will see (as I did on several wikis) your new standard skin, NOT something admins have chosen. Maybe add to Ciz's suggested wording: "(or the Wikia standard skin if local admins have not set any)"
