so whats the difference between "visitor" and "default" skin? isnt suppose
to be the same thing? i mean if you are a visitor you are forced to see the
default skin.
then Default skin is Staff setup?
and Admin skin is Bureaucrat/Sysops named also custom skin right?
Why this 4 lvls skin checking process? supposedly its just another skin

display selected default skin of that wiki

display selected skin on user preference

so if the selected default skin variable is not set/defined well all wikis
should have that variable set to a standard lets say "slate" (or take the
idea that not set/defined its equal to slate) and any wiki bureaucrat/sysops
can depart from that to modify it
Sorry to be picky on this it feels confusing and frustrating trying to
understand how this work, in the past i had issues with the skins as first i
used monobook, and all the computers i logged prior to Wikia skin V.1 i
always saw monobook, until i log in a friends computer i notice i was change
to the slate then reverted back to monobook, then now change to the new skin
(when i started customizing it). So for me to know what my IP users are
watching i have to wipe out my cache that i rarely do since i have other
pages where i require my cache to avoid re downloading times so its a thing
i dislike a lot to do.
As at a technical point of view i see certain order and i know that dev/tech
team does not do things just for doing 4 filter levels for a skin selection
every time you enter a wiki, but watching this in a plain user friendly view
i dont get it, seems complicate and redundant.
