Hi, You see on those wikis quartz skin (smoke or slate) because it is set as DefaultSkin or VisitorSkin (this is variables which community team can set). If you check 'see custom wikis' then you should see skins in following order: - admin skin (if is defined) - Visitor skin (if is defined and it is any theme of quartz) - Default skin (if is defined and it is any theme of quartz) - otherwise you see your selection. You can check DefaultSkin and VisitorSkin variable easy, I add it temporary as a comment in the end of page source code (but only for quartz skin).
