Hi. How do copyrights work on interviews? Does the interviewee have joint copyright? And more specifically, are we able to place any interviews with Wikimedia members under a Creative Commons license (with the interviewee's permission)? Or does a joint copyright need to be a precondition of the interview?
Might be worth looking into for future. I know Free Culture advocates often place their interviews under CC, but I'm not sure of the logistics/legal details of it.
