When I opened the message, I found that Gaffer had written:

Folder??

Do you mean identity?

I'm learning a heck of a lot about this subject.  Not sure I totally understand 
it 
yet, but the reply that talked about TOOLS/OPTIONS/Messages and Replies 
and check Add Identity Selector sure added a lot to my understanding.

By doing that, an ID (identity) block is added under the signature block that 
will you to change identities quite easily.

Apparently you can't change them during a message/reply composition from 
the tool bar.

Someone correct me if I'm incorrect.
