As well as this, there are Advanced boxes under Volume Control, and
Microphone section.  I suspect that these check boxes will increase the
input.  I use the Labtec LVA - 8420 mic which came with Dragon.  It works
fine for Dragon, and also for voice messaging using MSN Messenger.
