Don't forget they'll require a new 2yr contract which hopefully isn't a problem but it's almost to the point if you use directory assistance they want to extend your contract to a new 2yr deal. In the past I got caught up this way & some features were added & some dropped because they said I got a new contract. I don't recall what prompted me to call their losey CSR but in my mind it didn't justify a new contract & I told a supervisor that if that was the case put me back on the old contract with the old features & they did. Their CSR aren't really customer service reps but more like used car sales persons.
