Dell Dimension CPU Fan Replacement

My 4 year old Dell Dimension comes up with a CPU0 Fan error - I don't hear a 
fan whirring actually.
Where is the best place to get one - eBay?
Is it hard to replace - I'm fairly handy installing hardware.
