This is a half baked answer/reply,
A question might be -- would an app put it in their own
directory AND system32... (Seems MS would??)
If so, any one of a number of apps (8) I have all over the
place might have put one there...
FWIW, DotNet v 1.1 put<???> mine in the system32 directory...
file ver: 7.10.3052.4
I added, and then sorted by creation date in search.
(Double checked the version last...)
