I only have the MSVCR70.dll file in the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\VS Runtime" folder. But they should be able to coexist in the Windows/System32 folder.

I have the MSVCR71.DLL file in several different folders, which goes with what MS recommends, that each application install their version of the MSVCR71.DLL in their installation folder, rather than *ASSUME* a version, much less the correct version, of MSVCR71.DLL is in the Windows/System32 folder.

I found A MSVCR70.dll in his Windows/System32 folder. Presumably 70 & 71 can reside safely in the same folder?
