I agree that remote admin can be tedious at the best of times ! The problem I come across with DyDNS is the time delay when you try to reconnect ! I have seen 20 minute delays ! Also I tend to use hardware firewalls, so most of the time these things are set for bridging rather than have to fight double NATing!
