I'm fairly certain the registration web page and confirmation E-mails have
not been updated to reflect the actual release (notice version 1.0.0) and
that this non-beta version is also free.

I'll post again when I get confirmation of that...

The PE [personal edition] is a beta & I hope they don't charge too 
much after the beta is finished but in the meantime I'll be checking 
it out on a test box.
