Hi,

I am running into a problem when using windows based CVS software to access
a repository held on a linux system. After a few commits/checkouts or any traffic
based CVS query the windows CVS client software reports that it cannot continue
becuase it cannot allocate and winsock buffers.

At this point I have to exit all programs, shutdown windows 98 and start it
up again before I can do any more CVS based operations.

In the worst case windows crashes after one of these buffer errors and moving the
mouse pointer just generates beeping from the system speaker. This requires me to
close windows by killing the X window that it resides in.

Any pointers or tips would be appreciated.

Thanks
