All,
I'm running Redhat 7.0 with the 2.2.17 kernel. The downloadable
quickstart.sh script doesn't seem to know anything about the 17 kernel
however (only 16 kernels) so when I run the script it tells me that it has
a problem loading the Caldera patch list.
"Caldera patch list"?
This script apparently has bugs because it doesn't understand that there
might be newer kenerals than 16. Yet the registration page on the Win4Lin
site *does* have an entry for the 17 kernel... and SMP support too.
So what's the deal here? Am I expected to patch their install script or
something to compensate for this?
