How well did that work?  I am presuming you used 'rpm -i' with the
rpm, and then ran the install.sh script by hand from somewhere?  or
did you use alien to create a .deb from it?

I have been okay with setting my time back to 1-1-2001 and then
running win4lin.  I am fortunate that I only use win4lin for a few
things, and that not more than 5 hours a week.

same here.  I would quit using the windows stuff before leaving
debian.
