i think there's a simple solution to this "should we get win4lin
3.0 for free?" debate.

those who purchased, one way or another, version 2.0 have a
valid point in that, when they upgrade their version of linux
to one with a 2.4 kernel, they will *have* to move to 3.0,
whether they want to or not. this certainly seems unfair,
so what to do?

simple. let netraverse come out with an enhanced version
of 2.0 whose only difference is that it is compatible with a
2.4 kernel. no other differences. make it downloadable, and
make sure it runs with a stock 2.0 license.

those who just want to move win4lin2.0 to a 2.4 kernel can
do it at no charge. people who want the extra functionality
of win4lin 3.0 have to buy it.
